Please read these terms carefully before placing an order for delivery or collection with Holycrust Pizza, Harrow.
These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed with Holycrust Pizza, trading as Holycrust Pizza, at 407 High Rd, Harrow HA3 6EL. By placing an order with us, whether online, by phone or in person, you agree to these terms.
An order is placed once you complete checkout on our website or confirm your order with a member of our team by phone or in store. A contract between you and Holycrust Pizza is formed once we accept and confirm your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we are unable to deliver to your address, or if we suspect an order is fraudulent. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices, menu items and offers may change at any time without notice, but the price you are charged will always be the price shown at the time you placed your order.
Payment is taken securely online through our payment provider, Stripe, or in person at our store. We do not store your card or payment details on our own systems at any time.
We aim to deliver every order within our estimated delivery time, typically around 30 minutes, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee, since delivery times can be affected by weather, traffic, order volume and other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive your order. If nobody is available to accept a delivery at the address given, we may be unable to offer a refund for that delivery attempt.
Collection orders should be collected from our Harrow store at or shortly after the time given at checkout, so that your food reaches you as fresh as possible.
Because our food is freshly prepared to order and is perishable, we are unable to offer a refund for a simple change of mind once preparation of your order has begun.
This reflects standard practice for made to order and perishable food under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which do not give a right to cancel this type of order once preparation has started in the same way as many other online purchases.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order before we have started preparing it, please call us immediately on 020 3370 0958 and we will do our best to help.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to food that is as described on our menu, of satisfactory quality, and prepared with reasonable care and skill.
If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or below the standard you would reasonably expect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours and before the food has been fully consumed, so that we can look into it properly. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, a redelivery, a partial refund, or a full refund.
We provide detailed allergen guidance for every dish on our menu on our dedicated Allergen Information page. Recipes, suppliers and ingredients can change, and our kitchen handles gluten, milk, egg, nuts, soya, sesame and other allergens in the same space.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance or coeliac disease, please always call us directly before ordering so we can confirm the most current information for your exact dish.
Promo codes and Loyalty Club rewards are provided at our discretion and are subject to the specific terms shown on our Promo and Loyalty pages, including any expiry dates, minimum order values, one per customer limits, and which items they can be used against. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion or the Loyalty Club scheme at any time, though rewards already earned will always be honoured.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access to our systems, or place fraudulent orders. All content on our website, including our logo, menu descriptions, photography and design, belongs to Holycrust Pizza or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
We will always aim to provide food and a service of a high standard. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our liability to you for any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not responsible for indirect losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our service or the law. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated date at the top, and will apply to orders placed after the change is made.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from an order or from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your right, as a consumer, to bring a claim in the courts of the country you live in if that is elsewhere in the UK.
