We take allergen information seriously and have listed our current allergen guidance for every dish on this page, updated on 20 July 2026. This page is based on the standard recipes and suppliers we use at the time of writing.

However, recipes, suppliers and brands can and do change from time to time, and our kitchen prepares gluten, milk, egg, nuts, soya, sesame and other allergens in the same space, so cross contact between dishes is possible even where an allergen is not a direct ingredient.
